This Privacy Policy explains how StoresWiki LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operator of StackPosts Pro (the "Service") available at https://stackposts.pro, collects, uses, discloses and protects information about you. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and billing details you provide when you register or subscribe.
- Connected social accounts — when you link Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or X, we store the access tokens and profile identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. We only request the permissions required to schedule and publish your content.
- Content you create — posts, captions, media, AI prompts and generated assets you upload or produce inside the Service.
- Usage and technical data — log data, device and browser information, IP address and cookies used to operate and secure the Service.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processors (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service, including scheduling and publishing your content to connected networks.
- To generate AI captions, images and video at your request using third-party AI providers.
- To process subscriptions, payments and credits.
- To send transactional emails (account, billing and security notices) and, where permitted, product updates.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: (a) the social networks you choose to connect, to publish your content; (b) infrastructure, AI and payment providers who process data on our behalf under contract; and (c) authorities where required by law. International transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
