These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StackPosts Pro (the "Service") provided by StoresWiki LLC ("we", "us", "our"), Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

StackPosts Pro is a social media management platform that lets you schedule and publish content to connected social networks, generate AI-assisted captions, images and video, automate posting from RSS sources, and collaborate with team members.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harmful content, or spam.
• Comply with the terms and policies of every social network you connect; we publish only what you instruct.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule and publish.

4. Connected accounts and third parties

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and AI providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those third parties.

5. Subscriptions, credits and billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor (for example Stripe). Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the plan or credits you purchase.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid and consumed credits are non-refundable. For billing questions contact [email protected].

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by StoresWiki LLC. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and publish it on your behalf.

8. AI-generated content

AI features produce output based on your prompts. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that scheduled posts will always be delivered by third-party networks.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoresWiki LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Catania (CT), Italy shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
